I’ve spent a great deal of time working with couples who are having a hard time communicating within their relationship. One of the first questions I ask them is”Was it always hard to speak to each other”? The answer is almost always no. However, over time, the inability to connect through verbal communication has faded. It is interesting to note, that I see this more in couples that are younger than 40. I believe this to be true because this demographic grew up with a mobile device attached to their hips and hands, and never really had to rely on basic interpersonal skills. And there are 3 areas that commonly cause problems for us as we try to communicate.

The first problem area is courtesy. While this may be true at any age, the art of courtesy is lacking with the 40 and younger crowd (please know that I am not making a generalization. I simply see it more with those couples).

I have written about this extensively. When engaged in mindful conversation with our spouse, we do not answer text, emails or take calls. I know I’m guilty of this from time to time. But both my wife and I are very good at communicating our needs when having these conversations. Just the other night as we were driving down to the water, I started to discuss our upcoming financial responsibilities. In a matter of seconds, she asked if we could please not talk about that now. That the point of visiting the water was supposed to enjoy the sunset and wildlife. In a matter of moments, that conversation ceased, and we were able to enjoy our evening talking about more meaningful things.

By showing her respect and honoring her wishes, we could connect to one another and source. She stated her request. She was not rude about it. I didn’t take offense to it. We had a beautiful evening. Politeness paved the way.

The second area that brings couples do my doorway is their fighting. When two or more are gathered together, there’ll eventually be misunderstanding and conflict. However, if you”fight fair”, it may be a door that leads to greater intimacy. Let me try and simplify this. See the above section on courtesy and politeness. It’s so important that when a tricky conversation begins, be fully present and invest in the process.

I’ve had couples when in the midst of a heated discussion take calls, turn of the TV set and some other thing they could do to prevent intimacy. Because that what this really boils down to. Being vulnerable and resistant to change. There are many tools out there that could help facilitate an argument. It would be helpful to research a few, and have them easily available (and agreed upon) before a fight. It’s a lot better to be proactive than reactive in such situations.

The last thing I want to mention is the”I am sorry” area. So many people have outgrown an apology. We either don’t say it. Or, we don’t mean it. You know the old saying that the best apology is changed behavior. But even before we get to that point, it begins from those words rolling off of our lips. I am sorry. You can be sorry that someone misunderstood what you said. The important this is state it. Give clarifications. Make adjustments. Be open. Be vulnerable and proceed. It’s quite the simple procedure.

If you follow these 3 steps, you should be well on your way to a greater level of communication and intimacy in your relationship. When you’re polite, you will usually be met with kindness in return. For those who have tools that are agreeable to the both of you prior to a heated conversation, you likely diminished the intensity by at least a third. And it’s okay to say I’m sorry and be exposed. If we remain closed off, the best we can expect is a connection of little progress and superficial communication. And if you’re still reading this. The preparation should be placed in a hot oven for over 7 minutes or longer if you wish your pizza to be crispy. Take it out from the oven and it’s ready to eat just after drizzling some olive oil.

What can hurt us more than the passing of a loved one? We unconsciously try to protect ourselves from being overwhelmed by intense feelings of heartache. So an initial bereavement produces a feeling of shock and numbness. But sadness, anger, guilt, and/or depression may come soon.

Grieving is a process and it is not humanly possible to deal with its devastation all at once. An unexpected bereavement can be especially hard to make sense of. Bewilderment and demonstration can endure for several years.

What has been felt as a crucial relationship may have vanished. The death then results in a sense of vulnerability for you personally as a lone human being.

So perhaps it is not surprising that we all may feel uneasy when in the business of a mourning friend particularly following a significant recent loss. Not needing to mention the death for fear of saying the wrong thing. Uncertainty about what to say that may be useful in the circumstance. In two minds about how much time to give them if they want to speak at length about their feelings.

1. Bereavement and sharing of negative feelings
Some people may be in the habit of not allowing themselves to get in touch with any inner painful feelings. So, after the death of a loved one, they might attempt to carry on as if little had happened, not talking to the dead person in conversation. However, it doesn’t help to collude together in dismissing their bereavement.

It is tempting to soothe and comfort the bereaved person who’s hurting. But actually this might hinder them from talking about their feelings at their own speed.

Perhaps sharing this information at the right time may bring some comfort in the hope of a future reunion with a loved one who has died.

As you consider your life and the path that’s before you, are you looking forward to it, or do you sense any hesitation or sense of foreboding?

When you are in bed at night, during the time when it’s the darkest and you feel the weight of your thoughts, what is you consider the most?

Do you fear the future? Are you afraid now for the present because of the way you lived before?

Anyone who aspires to be a teacher knows how challenging it is to help someone else work through fearful feelings. Most of the answers supplied from a spiritual perspective are associated with prayer and asking a supreme being for advice. Those who are religious and New Age teachers usually have their pat answers also, referring to Source, Infinite Intelligence, or the Universe, in a quest for aid. In other words, wait for someone or some other entity who’s accountable for all living things to hear and respond to your pleas for assistance. Waiting for a reply is called having faith.

I have been part of religious organizations as young man and know it never helped me find peace, especially during the days when I felt alone and afraid. I also have been involved in a search for knowledge among religious and New Age teachers, finding the same rote answers given without ever really teaching people true self-empowerment. This is one of the reasons why I chose to enter the field of spirituality and educate Laws of this Universe. I knew there is far more to be shared with individuals who are asking questions and seeking guidance.

What I have found myself is a route to personal and spiritual transformation. It didn’t come about by pledging my religion to a company, group, being, or entity. What it did mean was studying to reflect and listen for the relationship we all have inside us to the energy source of life. As soon as you can shed self-imposed beliefs about somebody or any other being controlling the world and all living things, you free yourself to get access to the Collective Consciousness of humanity. Then you may find the knowledge and insight you will need to live the life you want and the life you’ve planned.

This may seem like a difficult process to follow but the truth is that we’re all connected to the energy source of life, a relationship which is always there and present, and we are not cut off from it. We just limit our ability to listen and get the knowledge we need when we give away our beliefs to religious institutions and others who make us believe we must visit them to access this infinite wisdom. That is when we begin blocking the insight that’s easily available, and it is when we feel an energetic sense of distress.

I’ve started to teach the Laws of the Universe, together with Wisdom of the Universe, by discussing topics I believe will be of interest to others. I use a question as a starting point to tap into the stream of Collective Consciousness. Anyone has an ability to do this as I am no different than you. I wasn’t ordained or called upon or anointed.

What I recommend is that you find a journal and start to compose as you find quiet time to do so, since this can allow you to learn how to concentrate your thoughts. This is how I learned to reflect, and I soon filled many journals with my thoughts. The more you practice doing so, the more powerful you will become, until you will find you can easily plug in. This is where I am now in my own developmental journey.

I share this with you as it might help you once you feel fearful or afraid of something, regardless of what it may be. Additionally, it helps to turn strong emotional reactions into rational thoughts, which means that you can begin to better see the bigger picture or pay attention to all the details involved in the situation or issue. This permits you to have the ability to make decisions about what to do, if any action is needed. The most important purpose of using a journal is that at first it might help calm you down as you develop a feeling of control over your thoughts.

The subject of fear is also something I wanted to find out more about as I was connected to the consciousness flow, or the Collective Consciousness of humankind and higher order Universal Wisdom. I’ll share with you what I’ve learned about living with and controlling your fear.

The thought of control appears to be much more possible at a younger age, while starting out a new career or lifestyle. There’s the saying about a person having an entire life available to them and ahead of them are many possibilities. What that saying doesn’t supply is a roadmap for finding such enormous and unending possibilities since most men and women live their life expecting something comes along based upon their efforts, wants, and fantasies. But as time continues, and efforts don’t produce substantial changes or ends in a person’s life or livelihood, reality sets in, along with many negative emotions. This is when a once promising career or job can begin to feel like a jail or a snare. The exact same is true for a connection that once seemed engaging and highly connected.

The older a person becomes old, the farther back they’re able to look, and if they are not careful, it’s possible to get stuck in the past filled with memories and imagined scenarios of what could have or should have taken place. When the future might appear so uncertain and difficult to visualize, the only images a mind can draw upon are those stored in the shape of memories and for most people, the negative memories appear to gain much more attention than the positive ones. It’s like the feeling of fear about the future induces a person to then reflect on equally unsettling past events.

What’s Fear?

Stress is usually described in precisely the same fashion, as an emotional reaction to events or built-in paranoia about certain circumstances or conditions. Fear might be triggered by conditions, like the dark, and anxiety may cause a fight or flight reaction. A person may be afraid of germs, insects, or any other psychological associated condition. But at the core of fearful feelings is an energetic imbalance. It’s the complete opposite end of the energy spectrum, which means it is the contrast to positive energy. If something is void of positive energy, there can be no redeeming qualities about it. This means a person can never feel great while in a state of being fearful. This is a negative form of energy that’s so profoundly powerful it can cause physiological reactions as well.

The reason fear is such a common emotional reaction is that people aren’t told to believe in their own connection to the origin of life energy. Those who learn about it, such as those who are reading this now, are the people who emerge from the self-imposed mindset limitations developed by humans, and more specifically, religious leaders. After the answer to questions about life is to pray and wait on somebody or some other entity, people must await a response. They aren’t taught connection. This just confirms a belief in separation. They must play with the prescribed rules in order to get the assistance requested, and it may not be everything they want or need.

The feeling of separation, between someone and their natural connection to the source of life energy, isn’t a natural condition. This is why the negative flow of energy can exist so powerfully inside people. There are so many people who look unhappy, depressed, disconnected, Indian Harbour Beach Squirrel Removal, gloomy, and worse. These are the people who don’t feel their prayers are answered or they can’t find answers to their questions from the religious or spiritual teachers they seek out. The more they ask, and the less they could find assistance and relief, the more disconnected they become. This can manifest in a range of internal and external ways, from physical to mental illness.

What most writers write about when they address fear, is how to control your fears. But controlling anxiety is like trying to control a wildfire. You can try to put it out, you can douse it with water, but you can not really control it. A better solution is to acknowledge what’s being experienced and felt, and then decide this isn’t how you want to live your life. More importantly, you must decide you are the one who is now likely to take control. This is going to be challenging at first as you may have already attempted to pray or seek other spiritual teachers. But the source of the answer is within you. You only fear what you do not yet know.

Now you can turn within and find your true source of power, the link to the origin of life energy. This is what you want to concentrate on as fear attempts to enter your conscious thought process. How do you find your true source of power? You start to divert your focus. Think of any happy memory or idea. Write down your best accomplishments and some other memories which have brought you pleasure. You do not need to evaluate these memories, only write them done and experience the feelings of these.

Then as you start to concentrate on positive memories, continue this practice until you become so well focused on the process you change the direction of your mindset and turn away or attune to positive energy. There will be times you’re going to get negative psychological interruptions; however, once you discover the process of finding your authentic power through positive feelings, you will learn to quickly return your focus. The power of positive thoughts is the ability of those memories that will help you attune to the Collective Consciousness of humankind, which is your link to boundless wisdom, knowledge, and comprehension. It is accessed and experienced and felt through the positive energy spectrum or positive feelings.

Learning a process of redirecting your thoughts does not mean that you will no longer be fearful. For those who have conditioned yourself to living in fear of something or someone, this is not going to change immediately. But the more you practice changing your focus, the more you’ll learn how you have the ability to control how you feel and how you experience this world. Those fearful feelings may in fact be valid in some fashion, based upon the reason they were attached to a mindset, but you no longer have to be controlled by them. You can now learn how to live by directing the thoughts of your own mind. As you practice intentional thinking, you’ll find yourself not wanting to experience negative feelings any longer. It will feel more natural to you to experience positive feelings in life. You will no longer be controlled by negative emotions, and you’ll no longer need to look to someone else for replies, as answers you need are available to you and within your own mind. Being feeling happy is your natural state.

As it turns out, fast food has some true advantages … in the short term. The food is hot and it tastes great. Quite simply, people love eating it more than they do many other kinds of food. Nonetheless, this is one of the links between fast food and obesity.

Another advantage of fast food is, well, it is fast. Not just that but it is convenient – readily found. What other kind of food can you go out and pick up ready to go at a moment’s notice? My Best Friend

Lots of people, not all, undergo different best friends throughout life. I think you can have several Best Friends at one time. However, typically a person only has one real, True Best Friend. Someone with whom one shares Bee Relocation and the strongest possible kind of friendship.

This is a person that just in a matter of months there is such a deep bond that it appears that we’ve known each other for our whole life. In actuality, I even over heard someone ask this friend if we had known each other since childhood. I understood then that our friendship was so strong that others assumed we had known each other for a lot more than actually was the case.

This person knows what I’m thinking just from the look on my face. The connection is so powerful that one phrase is complete sentences between us.

This friend is family and provides the opinion I care most about. A true best friend is the person who tells you what you absolutely have to hear regardless of whether you wish to listen to it or not. It is this friend which you can be about always and never get sick of. This is the person you are grateful to have as a friend and confidant.

This true best friend is not only someone you have a good time with, it is also somebody you know you can trust your life with. Someone you can totally be yourself around and not give a care in the world about your activities or feelings because they won’t judge you for the stupid things you may do or say.

Yes, I’ve found my True Best Friend. It is said that God puts people in your life at particular times and you may not know why. I know this is true for God placed me with this remarkable person to experience this ultimate friendship. For you see, my True Best Friend was diagnosed with stage four cancer not long after we met. I questioned why God would place both of us together at this time only to eventually take this superb relationship away. I realized it wasn’t for me to question his reason but to get the most out of this fantastic friendship.

I’m there for him and his superb family to provide support, love and care. God placed us together now for this trip and I would not want to be anywhere else doing anything else but to be here with him.
